fresh fruit friendly staff many choices
the breakfast offered many choices! there were fresh fruits, breads, and pastries. meats and cheeses were also available. the staff was friendly, though the hotel was not very close to the main area.
I had to refill my own water. I would have preferred that the water was provided in the room. it wasn't too close to the main area, though it was close enough.

grateful and comfortable stay

helpful staff convenient location buffet options restful night
the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet offered many options. i especially appreciated the lufthansa transfer bus stop so close to the hotel (it made getting to the airport simple). room 404 was also very quiet, awesome for restful nights.
i noticed a slight delay in the minibar refills, but this was quickly addressed.
